Allied Universal - - 94th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, common areas, entrances, and exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, verify authorization as required, and assist with visitor management and directions in a respectful, professional manner;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed;
Document shift activities, patrol observations, and incident details in written reports and/or electronic systems per post orders
