Allied Universal - 94th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of transit-related locations, including bus yards, terminals, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter access points, with attention to unusual activity and policy concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, loitering, and/or policy violations within the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.;
Report hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or other security-related issues to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
