Perform daily inspections of clients’ rooms;
Escort clients to appointments as needed;
Control access at the main entrance by screening all clients and visitors;
Conduct Crisis Intervention to de-escalate potential crises;
Make hourly rounds throughout the facility;
Respond to incidents and assist with client intakes;
Maintain logs, incident reports, and documentation;
Operate surveillance equipment and alarm systems;
Assist with emergency procedures and evacuations as required;
Perform other tasks as assigned
