Bilingual Japanese/English Corporate Access Specialist

Our client, an internationally known company, is seeking a bilingual Japanese/English Corporate Access Specialist to support the planning and execution of corporate roadshows, investment conferences, and client events for North American investors and Japanese/Asian corporate clients. Responsibilities include coordinating corporate roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings, managing meeting schedules, travel logistics, and onsite event support, collaborating with teams in Japan, Hong Kong, and North America, and building strong relationships with corporate management and institutional investors.

Requirements include native or fluent Japanese with business-level English, a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of corporate access, investor relations, or related financial services experience, strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, and SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses preferred. Additional requirements include the ability to travel throughout North America and accompany clients on reverse roadshows to Asia, frequent communication with colleagues in Japan and Asia outside normal business hours due to time zone differences, and standard working hours of 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.

This position is primarily office-based, with an expectation of 4–5 days per week onsite and limited flexibility.
