** Lobby Greeter - Corporate Officer
** to serve as the primary greeter and first point of contact in a high‑visibility lobby environment. This role requires exceptional professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a secure, welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors.  Professional corporate setting always.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests entering the facility

+ Deliver high‑level customer service consistent with a corporate environment

+ Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of all access points

+ Verify visitor credentials, issue badges, and manage check‑in procedures

+ Support corporate staff and executives with directions, assistance, and information

+ Maintain a calm, confident presence during busy periods or unexpected situations

+ Document daily activity, incidents, and visitor logs accurately

+ Enforce building policies while maintaining a service‑oriented approach

+ Communicate effectively with security leadership and building management

** Qualifications*
* + Strong customer service background required (corporate, hospitality, or concierge experience highly preferred)

+ Prior security experience in a professional environment

+ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

+ Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate lobby

+ Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure

+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

+ Valid security license (if required by state regulations)
