Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. We are seeking a polished, customer-service-driven Lobby Greeter
- Corporate Officer to serve as the primary greeter and first point of contact in a high-visibility lobby environment. This role requires exceptional professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a secure, welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors. Professional corporate setting always.

• Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests entering the facility
• Deliver high-level customer service consistent with a corporate environment
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of all access points
• Verify visitor credentials, issue badges, and manage check-in procedures
• Support corporate staff and executives with directions, assistance, and information
• Maintain a calm, confident presence during busy periods or unexpected situations
• Document daily activity, incidents, and visitor logs accurately
• Enforce building policies while maintaining a service-oriented approach
• Communicate effectively with security leadership and building management

• Strong customer service background required (corporate, hospitality, or concierge experience highly preferred)
• Prior security experience in a professional environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate lobby
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Valid security license (if required by state regulations)
