As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to concerns.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.

+ Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, entry points, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required by site policies, and maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.

+ Communicate professionally with residents and site staff, report maintenance, lighting, access control, or other security-related concerns, and support a welcoming residential environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
