** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and production personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a media and technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, studio or production spaces, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials and/or authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.

+ Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors and helping to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least one year of security-related experience.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
