This role requires an Armed Guard Card or License and a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.

+ Monitor access activity and visitor movement, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to site leadership.

+ Maintain required reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.

+ Possess a valid armed guard card or license.

+ Possess a valid law enforcement officer license.

+ A valid firearms permit is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
