** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a residential front desk.

+ Monitor access to the property by verifying visitor authorization, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate visitor and package records.

+ Respond to resident concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

+ Maintain awareness of lobby activity and report unusual, unauthorized, or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Answer phones, provide directions and information, and support daily front-desk operations in a courteous and professional manner.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A guard card or license is preferred.

+ The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
