Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial HVAC Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial environments.

This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects while contributing to the continued success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues with efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts, tools, and labor used.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Valid HVAC certification or license (TSSA G2 required).
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in commercial HVAC installation and service.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including commercial boilers, chillers, and refrigeration.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• TSSA certification (G1).
• Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
• Familiarity with commercial refrigeration systems.
