Meyer Jabara Hotels - th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Manage the physical operations of the hotel and perform major repairs to refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems;
Coordinate with hotel departments to address maintenance needs and respond to requests;
Execute the hotel's preventive maintenance program;
Maintain standards of product quality and report deficiencies to the Chief Maintenance Technician;
Attend scheduled training sessions and uphold guest-first attitude
