We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, architect scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration of .NET applications with cloud-native services.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#.
• Integrate applications with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Dynamo
DB, API Gateway, Cloud Formation).
• Drive Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS/EKS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev Ops, Product Owners) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in cloud environments.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster continuous learning within the team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in .NET and AWS to recommend improvements.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Dynamo
DB, Cloud Watch, IAM).
• Proficiency in Dev Ops tools (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline, Terraform).
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, security protocols, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
