Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Java in Securities Lending development space.
- In-depth knowledge of Securities Lending platforms experience (like FIS (Loanet/Loanex) or Global One)
- Experience with mission-critical trading platforms (Order/Stock Loan/Market Data Systems)
- BTCC experience
- Direct collaboration with trading desks, quants, and risk teams
- Expertise in Dev Sec Ops methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet Labs, Sona Type, Sonar Qube, Tenable, Invicti and Zero Networks
- Experience in development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks
- Solid understanding of back-end and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of Java development experience, ideally in capital markets/financial services
- Experience with frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), messaging (Kafka, Rabbit
MQ), and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake) - Proficiency with Git and Agile development
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
