Duration: 6-12 Months
Pay Rate: $50- $60/hr (all Inclusive) Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a key contributor in developing innovative AI solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in Service Now AI Agent Studio and LLM Topic configuration to drive our projects forward.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Service Now AI Agent Studio (Yokohama/Zurich).
- Practical experience with Now Assist Skills Kit.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LLM Topic configuration.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with infrastructure delivery management.
- Familiarity with data center operations.
- Understanding of audit and compliance processes.
- Develop and configure LLM Topics within the Service Now AI Agent Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
