This company is leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to transform how businesses interact with unstructured data, aiming to create impactful solutions in the B2B space, particularly within real estate and construction.

• Design and implement robust data pipelines and inference systems to handle unstructured data such as audio and text.
• Build and deploy applied AI/LLM systems in production, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.
• Engage in prompt engineering and develop evaluation frameworks to enhance AI tooling.
• Proactively identify and improve AI infrastructure to drive product innovation and customer impact.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and lead the design of new infrastructure components.

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience coding in Python and deploying AI systems in production.
• Proven track record of building AI features that have a direct impact on end users or customers.
• Experience with prompt engineering and familiarity with tools for evaluating AI performance.
• Strong ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments, demonstrating a hands-on approach to engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working with messy or unstructured data, such as audio or natural conversations.
• Previous involvement in early-stage startups, showcasing adaptability and initiative in ambiguous situations.

This role offers a competitive base salary between $200K and $300K, along with opportunities for equity in a rapidly growing company. The position also provides a chance to work onsite in New York, collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to driving innovation in AI.
