Our client is a leading global independent investment banking advisory firm that provides strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and other corporate finance matters to corporations, institutions, and governments worldwide. Our client a major Financial Services /Asset Management company is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions across business functions including Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Corporate Services.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Azure AI services, Python, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and production AI deployments . Top Must-Have Skills (80/20 Focus)

• 5–7+ years building AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Embeddings & Vector Search
• Semantic Search
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI/ML, or similar AI platforms
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience training, fine-tuning, and optimizing ML/LLM models
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• AI model evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization
• Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Lang Chain, Llama Index, AI orchestration frameworks
• Vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Databricks / large-scale data processing
• MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD for ML
• Production deployment of AI applications
• Azure Functions, C#, Power Shell automation
• Agile/Scrum environment
• Microsoft Azure AI certifications
