Founding Product Engineer

What You Will Do
- Design & Ship Products – Build end-to-end healthcare software, from prototype to production.
- Craft Intuitive Experiences – Focus on details that improve usability, responsiveness, and delight.
- Contribute to Technical Vision – Make decisions on architecture, product direction, and AI integration.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with design, clinical, and product teams to iterate rapidly.
- Leverage AI in Healthcare – Apply AI/ML to deliver personalized health insights and optimize workflows.
What Will You Bring
- 4+ years of experience building production software, preferably at high-growth startups.
- Strong skills bridging design and engineering, with attention to detail and usability.
- Passion for AI in healthcare and improving real-world outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- BA/BS or equivalent in relevant field.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $180k - $270k
- Equity: 1% - 1.5%
- On-site work in NYC
