The role involves acting as a one-person product team embedded within a core business function. The individual will identify friction points and utilize modern AI tooling to build, code, and deploy automations. This position focuses on measurable process improvement through AI-driven workflows. The work requires building, coding, and deploying solutions end-to-end.
Required Qualifications and SkillsThe role requires 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including building and deploying production applications. A minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience is needed in building multimodal LLM‑powered applications that run in production, such as AI agents, agentic workflows, or LLM‑integrated tools. Candidates should be early adopters of AI‑driven engineering, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and implementing new AI technologies.
The ability to independently take a project from conception to a deployed product is essential.
