Chatbot Developer

We are seeking a Chatbot Developer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain intelligent chatbot solutions for web, mobile, messaging, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in chatbot development, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), API integration, and conversational design. You will work with AI Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Software Engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly conversational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered chatbots for customer-facing and internal business applications.
  • Build conversational workflows, dialogue management, and multi-turn interactions.
  • Develop chatbot solutions using LLMs, NLP techniques, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise knowledge bases and vector databases.
  • Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, and conversation flows to improve response quality and user experience.
  • Integrate chatbots with enterprise applications, CRM systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
  • Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, data privacy, and AI safety guardrails.
  • Monitor chatbot performance, conversation quality, response accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction.
  • Analyze conversation logs and user feedback to continuously improve chatbot performance.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain chatbot applications using cloud-native and Dev Ops practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality conversational AI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in chatbot development, conversational AI, NLP, or AI application development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python;
    JavaScript or Type Script experience is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of NLP concepts such as intent classification, entity recognition, text processing, and dialogue management.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience integrating external APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, relational databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Google Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, IBM watsonx Assistant, Rasa, or Kore.ai.
  • Experience implementing RAG using vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, or Azure AI Search.
  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Familiarity with voice bot development using speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
  • Experience deploying AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of AI observability, evaluation, governance, and Responsible AI practices.
