Stub Hub is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team responsible for building the performer landing and event selection experiences used by millions of fans across web and mobile. This is a technical leadership role focused on driving consumer and business outcomes through strong execution, product thinking, and people leadership. You'll be expected to deliver high-quality consumer experiences, build a high-performing team, and raise the bar across engineering quality, performance, and impact.

The Consumer Experience (CX) team is responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking to discover, buy, and sell tickets to their favorite live events through our web and mobile platforms. It sits at the forefront of fulfilling Stub Hub's mission to become the global destination for accessing live event experiences by crafting the product experience that millions of fans interact with every day.
Within CX, the Events team focuses on the critical moment when a fan moves from exploring to choosing the perfect event for their favorite artist, team, or tournament. This is where curiosity turns into commitment. By combining thoughtful design, resilient engineering, and data-driven experimentation, the Events team creates experiences that build trust, spark excitement, and drive conversion—ultimately helping bring more people to more live events around the world.
WhyThis Role Matters
You'll work on one of Stub Hub's most visible and impactful consumer surfaces, serving as a major entry point from paid search and other high-intent traffic sources. The systems and experiences your team builds directly affect conversion, retention, and GMS by improving how fans move from selection to purchase. This is a high-visibility role with strong cross-functional collaboration and clear, measurable impact on how fans experience Stub Hub.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to align on priorities, coordinate dependencies, and deliver business-critical initiatives.

- On-time, high-quality delivery of initiatives tied to company objectives.
