Job Overview
Pay Range: $84.45hr - $89.45hr
Requirement/Must Have:- Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development.
- Experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, C#,.Net, Java, or C / C++).
- Experience with AI based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advance Prompt Engineering and GraphRAG.
- Knowledge of SQL or no-SQL databases (or be willing to learn).
- Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies.
- Strong analytical abilities. You enjoy absorbing large amounts of data, learning new programming languages, or building quantitative insights based on an understanding of complex systems.
- Intellectual curiosity, discipline and attention for structure and details.
- Interest in life sciences / healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
