They're looking for a Senior or Staff Software Engineer who enjoys tackling difficult infrastructure challenges, building highly scalable platforms, and helping shape the technical direction of a rapidly growing engineering organization.

• Design and build the core platform powering AI-driven products and internal engineering teams.
• Develop scalable backend systems, platform services, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Build data pipelines and integrations that transform complex business data into reliable, trusted systems.
• Partner directly with customers and business stakeholders to solve real-world technical challenges.
• Make key architectural decisions while helping establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate across the full technology stack when needed to deliver high-impact solutions.

• 4-12 years of software engineering experience with strong backend expertise in Python.
• Experience building platform, infrastructure, distributed systems, or developer frameworks.
• Background delivering large-scale, production software that supports multiple teams.
• Startup experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern software architecture.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and modern engineering workflows.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve business problems through technology.
