We're a tight-knit team based in SoHo, New York, with experience at Google, BCG, and Coalition, blending deep skills in tech, insurance, and growth.

You'll have outsized impact and ownership

As a Frontend Engineer, you'll help take 1

Fort from 0 to 1, shouldering the responsibilities typically expected from founders:

• Designing, building, and deploying major features end-to-end
• Shaping product roadmap, company culture, and technical strategy
• Mentoring engineers and maintaining robust, reliable systems
• Tackling tough insurance challenges in close collaboration with the entire team

What It Takes

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in React, Type Script/JS, and REST APIs
• You're comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced, 0 to 1 environment
• Bonus points for insurtech, fintech, or vertical AI experience
