Senior Fullstack Engineer; SDE

About the job:

• You'll be building and operating backend systems that power the sales execution lifecycle across thousands of stores and field agents.
• The platform handles workforce management, assignments, attendance, incentives, and operational workflows at scale.
• We're looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex distributed systems challenges, building reliable services, and taking ownership from design to production.

About you:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience building, operating, and troubleshooting distributed systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and Type Script (or strong experience in another language with willingness to learn Go).
• Experience building modern web applications using React.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong Linux, debugging, and performance troubleshooting skills.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and observable services.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
