QA Test Engineer

Title:

QA Test Engineer

We are looking for a QA Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and/or automated testing, test case creation, defect tracking, and working in Agile environments. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to identify issues early and deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure software meets business, functional, and performance requirements.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Software QA/Testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
