RBC's Liquid Macro Market Making team in New York seeks an Algo Developer to expand and improve our eRates trading stack. You will work in a Java-focused environment to build pricing and hedging capabilities for Rates instruments under tight latency constraints.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of Java experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for time-series data analysis. Familiarity with q/kdb and Python is a plus and ownership of your work is essential.
