* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience programming in C++.
+ Experience architecting, deploying, or managing large-scale cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.
+ Experience managing incident response, mitigating failures, and configuring monitoring or alert systems for production environments.
+ Experience building automation, internal tooling, or AI-driven solutions to replace manual operational work.

* + Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap to optimize Trusted Partner Cloud (TPC) operations, systematically reducing cognitive load, toil, and operational risks for both Google engineering teams and external partner operators.
+ Develop and implement operational strategies that minimize correlated failures across isolated sovereign universes, ensuring that operational load scales sublinearly as new regions are launched.
+ Lead the technical convergence and integration of turn-up graphs to streamline new region and service deployments, providing senior technical oversight for critical production and staging environments.
+ Lead the design and adoption of AI/ML solutions-including in-universe agentic tooling and RAG-driven diagnostics-to shift operations from manual intervention to policy-supervised automation.
