Staff Product Engineer

We are looking for a Staff Product Engineer to lead the technical direction of next-generation developer products from concept to launch. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for an experienced engineer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and has a proven track record of building exceptional products from 0 to 1. You'll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, shape architecture, and deliver AI-native tools that developers use every day.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, technical strategy, and end-to-end development of new products from ideation through production.
• Partner with founders and product stakeholders to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and long-term roadmaps.
• Build and launch 0-to-1 products while maintaining a strong focus on product quality, usability, and customer experience.
• Own production outcomes by ensuring reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Mentor senior engineers, raise engineering standards, and influence technical decisions across the organization.
• Work effectively in highly ambiguous environments, making pragmatic architectural and product decisions while balancing speed and quality.

Job Requirements:

• 7–20 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, including ownership of 0-to-1 product development from concept to launch.
• Proven experience leading the technical direction of successful products in high-growth startups or rapidly scaling engineering organizations.
• Strong full-stack engineering expertise with modern technologies, particularly Type Script and React.
• Experience building developer tools, AI-powered products, or software platforms used by engineers, with familiarity using AI coding agents or agentic development workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction as a senior individual contributor, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience making architectural decisions across the full stack and thriving in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and accountability.
