We're representing a venture-backed AI infrastructure startup building a platform that enables business teams in highly regulated industries to safely deploy AI-powered automation. Their technology helps organizations in healthcare, financial services, insurance, and other compliance-sensitive sectors operationalize AI agents while maintaining enterprise-grade security, governance, and auditability.

Built by a team with deep experience delivering AI systems to some of the world's most demanding enterprises and institutions, the company is tackling one of the largest opportunities in enterprise software: enabling organizations to automate critical workflows without compromising compliance requirements. With strong early backing and significant market momentum, they are building foundational infrastructure for the next generation of agentic applications.

• Design, build, and ship core platform capabilities that enable enterprise AI automation.
• Develop intelligent routing systems that optimize model selection, context management, caching strategies, and execution workflows.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure that support mission-critical enterprise use cases.
• Create secure governance and compliance frameworks, including approval workflows, access controls, audit trails, and secrets management.
• Design and implement knowledge management systems that allow organizational context and memory to compound over time.
• Build systems for synthetic testing, monitoring, and validation of AI-generated code and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and ongoing iteration.
• Help define engineering culture, technical standards, and long-term product direction as an early member of the team.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Engineer, Full-Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer, or similar software engineering role.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to build production-quality systems independently.
• Experience working across the stack, including backend services, APIs, databases, and customer-facing applications.
• Strong product instincts and a passion for building user-centric software.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong technical judgment.
• Proven track record of shipping products and features from concept through production.
• Desire to work closely with customers and contribute to both technical and product decisions.

• Experience building AI-powered products, developer tools, workflow automation platforms, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with modern AI systems, LLMs, agents, or orchestration frameworks.
• Strong UI/UX instincts and an appreciation for creating intuitive user experiences.
• Previous startup experience, particularly as an early engineer or founding team member.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, insurance, or legal technology.
• Interest in developer productivity, enterprise automation, and AI infrastructure.
