Technical Lead For Netsuite And Salesforce Projects

This role requires a candidate who has strong technical skills, a passion for delivering quality solutions, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering results.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical lead for Net Suite and Salesforce projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and develop custom applications and integrations using Net Suite and Salesforce technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architecture diagrams that align with the company's technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet quality and performance requirements.
  • Ensure that solutions are compliant with security and data protection standards.
  • Keep abreast of new features and capabilities of the Net Suite and Salesforce platforms and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues related to Net Suite and Salesforce solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of the codebase.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with Net Suite and Salesforce platforms, including custom development, integrations, and customizations.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Apex.
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture, software development methodologies, and release management.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and experience with Scrum framework.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
