Service Now Developer - CMDB/Discovery

The Service Now Developer will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance Service Now capabilities. The Developer may be responsible for UI, Workflow and Application development activities; facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules. The role will implement Service Now customizations including, but not limited to:
Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports.

Requirements

• Support the development and configuration of Service Now in a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs
• 8+ years experience in Service Now development experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the Service Now platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications
• 8+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages:
  JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
• Additional experience with ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal and Service Catalog
• Must have an active Service Now Certification
