Buscamos un Desarrollador Full Stack Senior con amplia experiencia en desarrollo frontend y backend y arquitectura de software. Será un referente técnico dentro del equipo, liderando el diseño y construcción de aplicaciones web escalables, seguras y de alto rendimiento. Su rol será clave para definir estándares de calidad y guiar decisiones arquitectónicas.

• Frontend:
Next.js, React, TypeScript (nivel experto)
• Backend:
Node.js, Express.js, NestJS
• Testing:
Jest
• Arquitectura:
Patrones de diseño, principios SOLID
• Bases de datos: SQL y No

SQL
• Control de versiones:
Git, Git Hub (branching strategies)
• Análisis de código: ESLint, Sonar Qube, métricas de calidad
• Seguridad:
Gestión de secretos, autenticación/autorización (JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC), OWASP
• Contenedores:
Docker
• Metodologías Agiles
• IA Generativa:
Experiencia avanzada con AI pair programmers (Git Hub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)
• CI/CD

• Experiencia con Kubernetes y orquestación de contenedores
• Experiencia con arquitectura de microservicios
• Conocimientos en message brokers (Kafka)
• Experiencia con servicios Cloud (Azure, GCP)
• Conocimientos en Terraform o Infrastructure as Code
• Experiencia con observabilidad (logging, monitoring, tracing)

• Pensamiento crítico y analítico avanzado
• Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos, no técnicos y stakeholders
• Curiosidad técnica y actualización constante
• Responsabilidad y ownership sobre el código y las decisiones técnicas
• Capacidad de negociación y gestión de expectativas
• Proactividad en la identificación y resolución de problemas

• 3 años de experiencia comprobable en desarrollo full stack
• 2 años en roles de liderazgo técnico o como senior developer
• Experiencia trabajando y liderando equipos ágiles
