G&A - IT Lead/Arch Lead

Architecture & Technical Expertise Design and lead architecture for enterprise-scale applications and integrations. Partner closely with enterprise and G&A architecture teams to ensure technical and strategic alignment. Collaborate with product owners and managers to understand requested capabilities and translate them into architectural and technical designs. Team & Program Leadership Guide technical leads and engineers across multiple projects and work streams. Serve as the senior architect for major initiatives, including key clinical programs.

Provide architectural oversight and hands-on support throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles (Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect). Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular). Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (SLAs, latency, real-time/near–real-time processing, multithreading) with the ability to design systems that meet them. 5+ years of full-stack development experience. 5+ years of experience with SQL, No

SQL, Redis, and related database technologies. 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and API design. Familiarity with Dev Ops ecosystems including Kubernetes, Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, and Git, as well as messaging systems like Kafka. Experience or exposure to AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare domain. Hands-on full-stack development background. Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones
