We ingest rich first-party signals across creative briefs, audiences, content, and outcomes; link them to conversions; and train LLM-driven ranking and pricing models that guide every step—from discovery and acceptance likelihood to pacing and scale. Each campaign feeds back new data, creating a compounding learning loop that makes matching, forecasting, and measurement more efficient with every use.

We're expanding our data practice and hiring foundational teammates. Whether you analyze behavior, model outcomes, run experiments, or build robust data and ML tooling, you'll have an immediate impact—shaping product decisions, improving measurement, and delivering the pipelines and services that power the platform.
