What You Will Do- Lead a talented team of full-stack engineers to design and implement scalable applications using Type Script and Next.js.
- Oversee the deployment and management of applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop engineering team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews and agile methodologies.
- Analyze and optimize database performance using PostgreSQL to support application growth and efficiency.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the engineering team and participate in high-level architectural decisions.
- 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Type Script and Next.js, with hands-on experience in building full-stack applications.
- Proficient in cloud services, particularly AWS, with a solid understanding of deployment and infrastructure management.
- Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and a focus on performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Experience in the Dev Tools or API SDK space, with a strong understanding of developer needs and workflows.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, enhancing team efficiency and project delivery.
- Previous involvement in a startup environment, adapting to fast-paced changes and challenges.
