Seeking a Tech Lead to architect and deliver high-performance, cloud-native applications while leading and mentoring engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS serverless technologies, with experience designing scalable microservices and event-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards.
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+.
- Design event-driven architectures and distributed workflows.
- Build and optimize serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Dev Ops, and other cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensure security, reliability, compliance, and audit requirements.
