Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong commercial software engineering experience and a solid background in Investment Management / Wealth Management.

• 12+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with C# /.NET
• Strong experience with React / React.js
• Experience with MongoDB
• Strong experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• Strong SQL experience
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Databricks Scheduler/Workflows
• Strong Investment Management / Wealth Management domain experience
• Good understanding of Investment Management business functions and data domains
• Ability to analyze and define business/technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven, motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a changing environment

• Experience with State Street Alpha Data Platform
• Investment data platforms
• Financial services / Asset Management applications
• REST / GraphQL API development

• 12+ years of overall professional software engineering experience
• H1B visa status
• Strong C#/.NET + React experience
• Strong SQL + Databricks experience
• Investment Management / Wealth Management domain experience
• Ability to work 3 days onsite in New York
• CRIMS / Charles River experience is NOT required
