Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience with both manual testing and test automation Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using Playwright Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools, specifically Windsurf, to accelerate script development, maintenance, and testing efforts Experience with Service Now and/or Automated Test Framework (ATF) Proficiency with JavaScript/Type Script for automation scripting with ability to convert existing test scripts into modern automation solutions Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with Python for test automation and scripting Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Automation Engineer to join a leading financial services organization sitting remotely in India.

This individual will support Service Now efforts for Infra Now, a front-end platform built on Service Now. The primary focus of the role will be expanding the team's automation capabilities by converting existing Service Now ATF scripts into Playwright and automating as many user workflows and forms as possible. Approximately 60% of the work will be automation-focused, while the remainder will involve manual testing, test validation, and identifying opportunities for additional automation coverage.

This person will partner closely with the team to help scale automation efforts beyond current capacity, utilizing tools such as Windsurf to streamline development and script conversion.
