Gemini Post-training Software Engineer, Deep Mind

Deep Mind is looking for a post-training software engineer to make core contributions to Gemini that advance what digital agents can do and are deployable into production. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, five years of experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models, experience in Python programming, and experience in test writing for ML purposes either in Tensor flow or similar for post-silicon data collection, and pre-silicon modeling and correlation.

Experience with large language models, NLP, or generative AI is also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in building, scaling, and training/fine-tuning AI models and systems, and deep expertise in reinforcement learning.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
