As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.
• Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
• Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.

• Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Enhance member experiences through engaging interactions.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.

• Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your skills.
• Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer a certification reimbursement program).
• Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).

Pay Transparency: $40.50-$98.00 per session; $17.00/hr for non-session work; plus additional incentive bonuses.
