Detail-Oriented Accounting Specialist in Tech Services

INTRINSIC is a one-stop-shop that is capable of analyzing the client’s current technology landscape, understanding the present and future needs, and recommending a variety of efficient and cost-effective products and services. INTRINSIC partners with Sharp, Kyocera, Okidata, and Docstar for products and services that include Multi-Functional Printers and copiers, VoIP Phone Systems, Managed Information Technology Services, Cloud Computing, Document Management Software, and Managed Print Services.

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist. This person will assist the accounting department with tasks and help with other administrative work. The ideal candidate has basic accounting knowledge, is detail-oriented, organized, and easy-going.

The duties are listed below but are not limited to:

• Prepare and organize financial documents using computers programmed with E-automate and Connect Wise software.
• Prepare and post all invoices and sales receipts along with processing checks and ACH wire transfer payments.
• Reconcile statements with regard to creditors and debtors.
• Update and maintain internal accounting records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts, and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
• Bill and review documents for new deals with leasing partners.
• Perform cost increase and escalation audits and work on collections and purchases.

Associate’s degree in Arts, Accounting, Finance, or a related field such as Business or Economics and 2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or Accounting Associate.
