• Create complex, realistic tasks that push frontier AI agents to their limits.
• Build detailed versions with objective scoring and write ambiguous versions to train agents with less hand‑holding.
• Complete qualification steps and onboarding, then work on real tasks guided by our quality team.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or closely aligned area; chartered accountancy (CPA, ACCA, ICAEW) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience in audit, financial reporting, internal controls, tax, or management accounting.
• Familiarity with US GAAP standards.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) or higher.
• Experience in cross‑functional, applied, or international projects is a plus.
• Ability to write clearly and professionally, explain complex tasks simply, analyze and synthesize information, and design realistic, engaging examples.
• Motivation to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with challenging guidelines.
• Fully remote role: laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
