We are looking for a passionate and motivated accounting professional to join our Artist Accounting team. This role will report to our Head of Finance. The duties of the role include, but are not limited to, confirming the accuracy of all settlement details and acting as the liaison between our agents, promoters, and clients’ business managers to ensure all tours are settled in a timely manner.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• General understanding of fundamental accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Prior accounting or office/administrative experience
• Proven ability to follow established processes and procedures in fast paced and high volume work environments

The ideal candidate is a pro-active and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of accuracy, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues by determining appropriate next steps.
