Bookkeeper

Our client is an established international music publishing house. They are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) in New York City

• Oversee account reconciliations and audits
• Manage payroll, benefits, and employee time off
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Process royalty calculations, reporting, and payments to artists, composers, and other stakeholders
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Salary Range: $50-60k annually, based on experience
• Time Commitment: 30 hours per week

• Associate's degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience, required
• 5+ years’ Bookkeeping experience, preferably in music publishing, entertainment, or a similar industry
• SAP experience, preferred
• Highly knowledgeable in GAAP and GAAS
• Experienced in managing payroll and benefits in ADP or similar software
