Enterprise Billing & Account Specialist

• Serve as the dedicated billing liaison for a portfolio of high-value customers
• Conduct monthly or quarterly billing reviews with stakeholders to ensure understanding of charges and usage data
• Proactively audit invoices for accuracy against complex contractual terms
• Lead the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams
• Manage the submission of invoices into client-specific vendor portals for timely processing

• 3+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience managing high-value or enterprise-level accounts
• Experience interpreting complex contracts and translating them into billing logic
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Familiarity with billing/ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Salesforce)

• Experience with vendor procurement portals
• Strong analytical skills for data reconciliation
• Background in customer service and relationship management
