Full Charge Bookkeeper - Manufacturing

Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking an experienced, detailed Full Charge Bookkeeper with excellent communications skills for a growing manufacturing client.

As the Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will:

+ Prepare and file multi-state sales tax returns

+ Manage full cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

+ Assist with month-end close and financial statement preparation

+ Record and review journal entries for accuracy

+ Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliations

+ Utilize Quick Books for all daily bookkeeping processes

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the manufacturing industry

+ Strong proficiency with Quick Books (Online and/or Desktop)

+ Thorough understanding of multi-state sales tax compliance

+ Expertise with full cycle AR/AP and inventory accounting

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
