Senior Accountant – Consolidations & Financial Reporting Position Summary
Our client a $400 million operating entity is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to support domestic and international consolidations, complex intercompany accounting, and financial reporting for a growing, entrepreneurial organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate consolidated financial statements, providing insightful analytics, and developing clear commentaries to explain material period-over-period and forecast-to-actual variances.
In addition, this position will be responsible for full transaction-level accounting for separate legal entities, including ownership and support of all balance sheet accounts. The ideal candidate comes from a consolidation-focused background, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys improving processes and implementing scalable solutions.

- Process Improvement & Scalability
- Identify opportunities to improve consolidation, close, and reporting processes
- Help design and implement scalable policies, procedures, and controls appropriate for a growing company
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives related to consolidation and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus on consolidations
- Prior experience in a consolidation team within a complex, multi-entity environment
- Hands‑on experience with intercompany accounting and eliminations
- Strong understanding of US GAAP; international accounting exposure a plus
- Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors
