Director of Royalty Accounting

Our media client has a remote opportunity for a Senior Leader of Royalty Accounting. Senior Manager/Director will will be responsible for strengthening accounting processes, driving improvements in accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring internal controls across royalties and subrights. This position will directly manage two Accounting Managers (one focused on Subrights Accounting and one on Royalty Accounting) and will report to the VP of Accounting.

The ideal candidate has proven and prior expertise in rights & royalties accounting. Position is new and starts immediately.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
