Job Summary:The Staff Accountant supports the Corporate Accounting department by preparing, analyzing, and reconciling financial records and reports. This role ensures accurate and timely posting of accounting transactions, assists with month-end and year-end closing activities, and maintains compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and post journal entries in accordance with internal accounting procedures.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, including balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, and intercompany accounts.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare supporting schedules for internal and external audits.
- Review and analyze expense reports, vendor records, and financial data for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Preparing monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and ad hoc reporting for management and GVA per procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of operational expenses and revenues.
- Managing Accounts Payable and bank accounts.
- Identify process improvements and support implementation of enhanced accounting procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
